This includes a 401(k) plan with company matching, medical coverage plans customized to suit your needs and a commitment to work/life balance through our paid time off (PTO) programs, company holidays and paid volunteer days. Up to $5,250 in tuition reimbursement per year. Paid training and all the tools and resources you'll need to be successful.View all our health, wealth and life offerings at www.safelitebenefits.com. What You’ll DoCoach associates on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, glass-handling, and safety protocols.Evaluate current processes and procedures and recommend improvements for cost reduction and productivity increases to warehouse management.Receive incoming glass and supply items, logs items electronically and assist with stocking and inventory to evaluate quality and verify accuracy of location and quantity.Maintain a working knowledge of warehouse data systems and perform various tasks within the system.Provides world class customer service and partners internally to resolve associate and customer complaints in an ethical and timely manner.Assist with opening/closing of location(s) as needed.All other duties as assigned. What You’ll NeedMust be 18 years of age or older.Valid driver's license required; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check (MVR).Excellent people, leadership, and communication skills.Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.Experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) including order pickers, forklift, and reach trucks.To safely operate the order picker and comply with equipment manufacturer specifications and required safety regulations, there is a weight limit set at 300 pounds.
